Developed and presented a Critical Incident, Internal Investigations training class for supervisors of the U. S. Border Patrol. ​Became a program coordinator, overseeing, reviewing, and developing law enforcement, corrections and other public safety training programs, as well as becoming an Adjunct Faculty Member of the College.

Was a member of the team that developed the Law Enforcement Training Academy that was approved by the Arizona Peace Officer Standards and Training Board (AZPOST), to offer basic police officer training within the Community College environment. I was also appointed as the Academy's first Commander of Training.

Participated in several federally supported investigative activities and task forces that required that we develop a more reliable intelligence gathering, analysis, and information sharing network with other state and federal stakeholders. The development of this network resulted in successfully crippling a major drug trafficking organization that had been operating within our area of operation for generations. Our concerted efforts resulted in numerous arrests, indictments, property and asset seizures, and convictions in Federal District Court that to date were unprecedented.

S. Army.
